Once your account is validated, the pending transaction will be replaced by the actual charge for your order.

In-stock items take 24-48 hours to process, while some repairs may take longer.

Diamonds listed on our site may require an extra 3 days for processing.

Orders placed after 3:00pm Central Time start processing the next business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can return items purchased online or by phone within 18 days for a refund.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date you received the item.

A restocking fee (25% of invoiced amount or labor cost) applies to custom-built items.

Freight and labor charges are non-refundable.

We guarantee that every watch we sell is 100% authentic and that the serial number on each watch has never been altered or modified in any way. Every watch manufacturer imprints a serial number on each of their watches for identification purposes. we guarantees that each watch we sell bears the original manufacturer’s serial number, intact and without any alterations.Since we are not an authorized dealer for the brands we carry, unless otherwise stated, we can offer substantially greater discounts than authorized retailers.

Low Price Guarantee

If you find an equivalent item at a lower price within 30 days, we will refund you in full.
